A Prayer Request: We received an email from a concerned Christian mother who asked us to please pray for her son who had a drug and alcohol addiction."Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." Philippians 4:6
We called upon our NDC Prayer Partners and stood on the Word of God for her son--praying that Almighty God would deliver and set him free. We also prayed that He make Himself real to her son-open the doors of his heart to accept help freeing him from all addictions.“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17
Victory Report: Our dear sister wrote, “I have a Praise Report. My son is an alcoholic and his life has gone downhill. He has had no work and has managed to alienate himself from everyone who loves him. I had not seen or talked to him in 5 years. I wrote you and asked for prayer. I am picking him up today to come live with me for a while. He is going to be working with me. He wants to get sober and begin his life again. God is good. I want to thank all the intercessors for praying. Please continue praying, he needs strength and peace.” To God be they Glory!
